Worst work I have ever seen. Installed the tow bar by drilling through my boot so wasn't attached to anything structural but they did leave the metal shavings in the boo for them to rust. They also left the steel exposed they had drilled through without protecting it from rust as well. Only had one decent fixing and the bike rack used to be enough for the tow bar to bend. Poor workman ship. Would never use again.
