      Went in to exchange the wrong tyre size they gave me after asking the right dimension. I told one of the staff that I prefer that particular size and he insisted that the rim was too narrow for the size I wanted. I bought the original one as an example that it does fit but he was rather rude and not professional at all. Will never go back again!!!

      These guys were great. I took in a second hand bike I had bought on trademe and they were able to give me advice on what its real value was - turns out I had been ripped off by a trademe seller and they spent quite a while working out for me what value it was worth and advising me what my options were. Wished I had bought from them in the first place!!

      2 weeks ago I bought a well used 2-legs bike stand at $10. Today I bought exactly the same well used bike stand at $25 !! I told the guy that it was $10 ( I thought still too expensive though) but the owner said to me " Oh, my boy made a mistake and you were lucky !" There was no price tags or something like that but I had to look for a suitable one from a dirty box ( many of well used bike stand in there) by myself. Imagine you are in a used bike shop and each time of visit , told different prices by different shop assistants by their mood of the day !! I will never re-visit the place !!! Set a price policy !!
