Very rude customer service. To fix dishwasher hinges, took 2days to email me the quote, and a month of waiting to get fixed after I accepted the quote over the phone + email. 3 more days to deliver & reinstall after fixing. When I ask if they can deliver earlier date, as they took so long to fix because of their mistake, the lady on the phone said "do u want me to tell other customer that they are not important? You are getting first priority if you don't want that's fine." with very rude attitude and tone of voice. It was absolutely worst customer service experience I ever had.

Reasonable repair prices but took a bit longer than expected. Workman was very good and understand that the parts aren't always there so need to ordered which takes time.

I found them pretty efficient. A bit slow but due to them being understaffed. They did there best and my dishwasher was repaired. Friendly workman.
