      Love the convenience of 24 hour access. The staff here have great knowledge and were very helpful especially as a beginner. Great range of up to date equipment too.

      Amazing gym, absolutely love it it very very well maintained i really love the 24 hour access that works in really well with me long hours of work.
      their trainers are really good and they show a lot and lot of care and support for their members i have seen great results since i ve joined their gym
