The service here is amazing. I went in here recently and the staff were very friendly and gave me great help and advice to find what I needed.

Ordered flowers for my wedding ceremony, the flowers for church were fine. However, the flowers for Bride, Bridesmaid, Ladies buttonholes, and Men's buttonholes were TERRIBLY UNFRESH! We were very DISAPPOINTED, as we trusted the shop and paid the full amount early in advance, but the quality of the flowers was totally unacceptable!

The shop replied my feedback email (same as above), but claimed that the flowers were all fresh and the issue was due to my "feeling". I have attached the photos of the flowers that we took on the same pick up date - pink rose was unfreshly "yellow" and red rose was "dark" (the photos looked even better than actual flowers quality due to iPhone's camera filter - even more "yellow" and darker in colour). Very disappointed, as the shop was not really keen to communicate or try to understand what actually happened. They simply concluded that it's their customer's issue.

Good product range and nice people. Suitable options for people of all budgets.

I love looking at and smelling the creations these ladies come up with. Stunning and beautiful boutiques for all occasions. Flowers are always fresh and look great with no flaws. Reasonable prices too.
