Ace Rental Cars

We booked with ace as it was the only rental company that would allow a 19yr old driver. The booking process was smooth, and allowed me to pay extra for full coverage of insurance.
Picked up the car super fast - only had to check my ID and sign some documents which was great, everything had already been taken care of at time of booking, and car was ready to go.
Dropped off the car, had a small scratch but the staff were really friendly and said that wasn't a problem.
Excellent service and will use again!

Such an affordable car rental range - would highly recommend used them many times in AKL, Queenstown & Christchurch.

After a poor experience with a previous rental car service, we used Ace Rental Cars this time for our travels around Christchurch, having flown in from Auckland.

From the first phone call, Bob, who was operating the shuttle, was bright, cheerful and helpful. When we got delayed in the airport and realised we had just missed it, he was more than happy to return after a nearby hotel pickup.

And again on our return, totally friendly and homely service, even eye contact, lol. It couldn't have been better. Kudos and thank you Bob.

Oh, and the service staff we interacted with were great too.

My hat off to all involved. This is the level of service all companies should strive for.
