Stefan of Simple PC Solutions is a very personable gem! He was recommended to me and I took the referral with a grain of salt.......until I asked him to call for a chat. I had numerous things to ask him, including sorting out the mess of wires behind my sound system and tv. No problem....all sorted now!
Stefan actually listened to what I wanted out of my computer and I have changed from my Apple system to PC....and enjoying it!! If I have a problem Stefan can either give me directions over the phone or remotely enter my computer once I have given him permission.
I'm very relieved to have support and guidance from such a knowledgable and caring IT person.

As someone who usually feels quite comfortable with computers within the context of 'emails, facebook and web surfing' but very nervous around the technical side - Stefan from Simple PC Solutions was incredibly helpful. He actually LISTENS to what your requirements are, then offers alternatives which he tailors to your budget. I have quite specialised needs for my age and stage but he was more than capable of meeting these and at a really reasonable price.
