I have my car's service tear yearly and every time I buy my new Honda this is where I come they do such great deals

Disappointed with customer service from you. Simply needed my chainsaw chain sharpened but on pick up was charged for a new chain as old one was past being sharpened. Have no issue with that and have 2 spares at home. But what really annoyed me was being told that the mechanics time had to be justified. No call made to check if that was what I wanted. Poor on this occasion team.
