Worst retail experience ever. They took our 3 1/2 yr old F&P dishwasher in for repair, they said they had fixed it, 6 weeks later after them taking it in for the second time and its still not fixed and they charged us $130 for the trouble, ripoffs! I went in to get a refund and the Manager threatens me, wow, do yourself a favour steer well clear!

The serviceman that came to fix my oven couldn't fix it onsite so took it away to look at diagrams but still couldn't work out what was wrong. He rang me to tell me that and that it would be expensive to keep trying. I had to buy a new oven. The staff were polite.
