      Applied for a credit card with this bank and 3 others. Their process was very slow and cumbersome and they needed far more documentation than the other banks, so we didn't proceed past a certain point. In an age where banking is meant to be streamlined, this isn't.

      Had a great call centre experience this morning. The staff member was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and even filled in some information gaps that I hadn't been told previously.
