Sagai Japanese Restaurant

This place offers delicious Japanese food at an affordable cost. I felt the authenticity of the meals and they were presented so nicey. I recommend trying this restaurant if you have not been here.

What a great place, amazing atmosphere with different areas to eat, inside main area, courtyard and bar. The use of bamboo gave a great feeling. Table service was excellent and the choice of food vast and delicious.loved the nazi goring & chiken dumplings .

From the outside you don't realise what an awesome restaurant this is... but on the inside is a small upmarket restaurant featuring mostly modern Japanese cuisine but also with other delights on the menu.

Beautiful, fresh, well presented food. Both the restaurant and the takeaway sushi are beautiful. Staff are always friendly and accomodating. Conveniently central, yet still in a quiet spot.

What a lovely find. This small restaurant is beside Eat Thai on High Street opposite the Farmers Department store. I managed to get a park right outside their front door for a midday takeaway lunch. The sushi selection is impressive and at $1 - $2 a piece it is a very affordable meal! I had a piece of each of their seafood selection (particularly nice is the crunchy prawn) and one vegetarian. The restaurant itself has a lovely ambience.
