Marlborough is situated in the north-east corner of the South Island. It is easily accessible by ferry, train, air, or road. Marlborough's main town, Blenheim, has a population of 24,183 and is the hub of the famous Marlborough wine district. Very disappointed in the service we have received to date with the District Council. We have paid out thousands of dollars with no resolution to extending our property in the sounds.

The staff at the Marlbourgh District Council are great. The customer service department are friendly, very helpful and full of local knowledge.
