      I frequent the Bell Block shops with my grandmother and as she is a bit "old school" she likes to still go into the bank regularly for all her financial dealings. The staff are brilliant, always polite and chatty and with elderly people they are extremely patient. Nice small bank branch and generally never much of a wait to be served.

      I have been with TSB Bank since I moved to NZ. Staffs are very helpful and accommodating. In all instances, sending money back home,opening an account for son, replacing a lost eftpos card and everything...they are patient and very approachable. Been using internet banking too. It is really easy to use and so convenient especially for people like me who lives in the country and unfortunately doesnt know how to drive.
