      I have been a customer with TSB bank for a number of years now and have been very happy with their service and customer attention. They are definitely the best NZ owned bank in NZ! While there savings accounts don't have the best interest rate available, there everyday accounts are essentially feeless and they even promise to match any mortgage interest rate advertised by the larger Australian owned banks like ANZ and Westpac.

      I have been a customer with TSB bank for over 15 years, and have found their staff to always be helpful and friendly to the customers. They have a range of banking products to suit everybody’s needs, with knowledgeable staff on hand to answer any questions. I would highly recommend TSB Bank to any future new clients or customers.

      I love this bank. However we have had some bad experience from a credit manager(New Plymouth) whom we found very unprofessional, ignoring the privacy act, spread false info and showed biases plus denigrating fellow workers.

      I have been looking into the benefits of getting a visa debit card and got information from TSB Bank staff as well as some brochures as our whole family have been with TSB for a very long time. Very simple process just have to fill in the paperwork and I will receive the debit card quickly. Very handy when buying online as funds are right there. Really good customer service who answered all my queries.
