Booked my Trip to Japan with them and consultant Glennis Kneale was amazing. Firstly they booked a discounted special flight rate, and sorted out my transfers and Rail Passes. Most agencies in Auckland had no idea on how to book Japanese Rail Passes, this was sorted effectively with Glennis. A few hiccups was ironed out on the trip in the most professional manner. Will certainly deal with them again

We have dealt with this store as my cousin lives in their area. We went to Raro and it was quite well organised. Staff did a good job and location for me is far but closer for my cousin. She picked up this store and am happy with that. Will be back in near future if required for future assistance. Thx for trip.
