Worse business i've ever dealt with! bought some tyres from them which lasted barely 2 weeks! called and went to the the guy about 6 times to come and fix it since i'm down the road and he never came! finally decided that i would just place a complaint with the conmerce commision and get a refund!

We bought a car from a private seller which had its wof done by Westland automotive. Turns out this wof was totally illegal and we have now ended up spending almost $2000 in order to get the car up to wof standard. Westland automotive were not cooperative when we tried to get them to complete these repairs. My advise would be to stay well clear of these people.

Just got sold a new tyre cause I was told I'd fail my wof. Took the old one to another wof place and got told it's not even remotely failable

Went to Westland to get our car fixed. They charged us $310 and gave our car back however the problem was worse than before so took it back and they charged us an extra $40. The problem has been ongoing for 2months now and every time we take it back they say they are too busy and they havent found the part for it. They would still keep our car for a few days without giving us a courtesy car. Just went to get our money back and they refuse to give us cash back. Do not recommend this place at all!! Absolutely shocking!

I get my WOF and servicing done here. Great price and great turn-around time. The owner is awesome. He's gone out of his way a couple of times (including staying open later) to ensure that I'm safe on the road.
