Weight Watchers

I am a large man and have recently started attending Weight Watchers groups to help try and reduce my girth. I have started their points plan and following the lifestyle. I am finding it successful and am really happy with what it is doing for me.

I love there wieight watchers jelly, thank goodness as I still Love having desserts now and then. I know a few people that have lost a lot of weight and then have put it back on. Weight watchers is good but only temporary solution you need to cook your own meals. Still a good company if you want to loose some weight.
