Good products but can be overpriced. Service at the Botany store can be below average sometimes.

Extremely hard to price match an item, even with another competitor with a physical store in Auckland. I left the store and bought the item instead elsewhere. Came back here a few weeks later and noticed that staff member no longer works there, unsurprisingly. Also glad to see they no longer provide NZ Postal services, because the service was abysmal.

I always go here to print my photos or get documents bound, the copy centre staff have always been very good. They often have good deals on tech, and a good range of art and craft supplies.

Was sent to the East Tamaki branch by Sylvia Park (after staff there checked available stock levels for a neoprene tablet sleeve). I was appalled at the initial customer service; the lady seemed annoyed about being asked to help find something, complained about Sylvia Park not ringing ahead, and seemed fed-up about being at work . She went to ask another staff member for help (who was having a long casual chat with someone he'd already served) but when another customer approached her instead of advising that she was looking after me, she simply started helping the other customer instead. When I advised that I was really short on time she grumbled and glared before dumping me on someone else without any real explanation. I definitely will not go back there.

LOVE this place, it is a life saver for uni exams, they always have so many items to make your notes better, also great craft supplies which are great for card making and penpal letters, staff are super friendly and helpfull and parking is not to bad either.
