Great store, always clean and well organised. Printing shop always busy but do a great job spiral binding and photo prints are good too. Would recommend bringing files on an inexpensive USB so the desktop doesn’t corrupt your hard drive.

I use this branch when in Auckland to visit family. Great, friendly service. Their photo machines are user friendly and a great option to print your own.

Very big store compared to others I’ve been too. Massive range of furniture. The printing department could do with a few more staff as it get very busy, wouldn’t expect printing to be done straight away if your printing here.

The botany branch is usually quite busy being in the industrial area too and although no visit has ever been an unforgettable customer service experience I have always found there are always staff on the floor and if you know what you want someone will get you sorted out quickly so you can be on your merry way. That's a win.
