Great service a bit pricey for $67 for wof but completely worth it. No appointments needed and just bring the car in. The lady at reception was please t in providing great service too.

I must say i was impressed with their IT systems and how quickly they serve customers.But think they should have additional counters to cater to large people and to avoid queues

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Came Sunday afternoon and no waiting. Straight in, mechanics waiting. Very speedy.

Went to VTNZ Kingsland today, receptionist wasn't smile and no greeting. the wait time was over one hour at an off peak period. cost $63 for the WOF. The good thing might be the free coffee, however they've run out of cup.
