Really impressed with the speed of service at the VTNZ in Parnell, Auckland. The LCD display showing the WOF status of vehicles is a really nice touch.

Smaller site, normally really busy so longer waits. Wouldn’t use this VTNZ again, only if I had too.

Had to wait for a long time because busy weekend but staff told me about it before accepting payment. Really liked the upfront service expectation setting.

Went to get my WOF here. Had to wait nearly an hour and a half. Went at lunchtime on a Wednesday which apparently is a busy time - would hate to go in the weekends. The lady on the desk didn't tell me how long I would have to wait - if she had I would of left and gone somewhere else. They were short staffed though there were guys sitting around texting and chatting. C- VTNZ.
