VTNZ (Vehicle Testing New Zealand)

I bring my customers cars here and know most of the staff already. They are very friendly and helpful. Its convenient as I don't need to pre book I can just go when I am ready.

They are always busy and they have great customer service but I’m still waiting for my licence to come in the mail and it’s been 2 months. Lots of parking

Friendly professional service and very efficiently run. WOF is $69 so not cheap but they don't try and upsell anything like some dodgy mechanics ive been to before- (wipers, head light polish etc)

There was a huge queue of people waiting to be served. There used to be separate offices in this area for other transport related matters such as Drivers License and Vehicle Registration, leaving this office just for safety checking but all transport related transactions have now been consolidated into this one office. The staff are very good and try hard to get things done as efficiently as possible but there are too many customers for the number of staff. I would like to give the staff five stars but the facility two stars but that is not possible
