Whatever you do don't switch to Vocus for electricity, internet or anything they offer. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and will end up costing you a lot of money.

Horrible customer service. Had my business phone disconnected accidently when they should have transferred it to my new account. This cost me over $1,000 in sales. Customer service reps said they would call me back with updates regarding the reconnection but never called. DO NOT CHOOSE CALLPLUS!

Difficult to get support on VoIP products. Only thing good is it's cheap. Good luck after you get signed up as the wait on the Call Centre is horrendous

I certainly would not recommend using this company.
Lost some services when they changed over from Spark for 4 days. They were emailed a copy of my spark account showing what services I had, but this was not passed on.
Trying to get hold of them is bloody hard, when you send emails they don;t respond until weeks later and then tell you to ring up to fix the problem. When you are stitting waiting for them to answer, they tell you to email.
I didn't pay the account due to the service and the incorrect charges then got a email on a Saturday telling me to ring them immediately, but hang on they don;t work on the weekends
After 3 months there are still issues which have not been rectified.
I wish now that I never took there offer up as it's been a total nightmare.
