Vision Centre Optometrists

I really like the optometrists at Vision Centre. I feel that they provide a good thorough service. However, following an eye test I had during the week, I went to choose some glasses for my new prescription. It was a quiet Friday morning, there was one receptionist in the whole place, no help available and no optometrist on site. I wasn't able to try any glasses on as they're all locked up. She suggested that I come back when there is more staff on. I felt that I should have been able to try on glasses and choose a pair at a convenient time for me, not when it is convenient for them. I had coaxed my toddler into the stroller, got heaps of food and toys ready to keep him busy to be able to go and try some on. Really disappointing. I got my prescription printed out and I'll be choosing my lenses elsewhere where they have appropriate staffing at a time that is convenient for me!
