Had an unplanned power cut that lasted for 13 hours on the coldest day of the year. All the estimates for a time fix were exceeded by several hours. When I rang to claim the standard $50 compensation, call centre staff pretended they knew nothing about the outage...even though it was on their own website. I had to read them their terms and conditions three times and I'm currently waiting for the $50.

Rang to sort out a hot water tank problem- they were at and checking my meter within 15 mins! Very impressed
