Really happy with the service from this company. Good bunch of guys

Got my full set of wheels(rims and tyres) changed at Tyre Zone. Very knowledgeable and gave professional advice on what to change and ways to cut cost. Service is very good. Excellent and attentive with good after-sales. Will definitely return and recommend them to friends.

I was very disappointed in this company; I had booked two wheel alignment appointments one at 9am and one at 10am. When we got there for the first appointment they were late therefore only started my car at 9. He had asked me if both the cars there was mine, I replied no and left it at that. When my brother showed up with his car at 10am they had cancelled the 10am. I finally got my car back at 12.30.

I received good service from them. I told them that I had read the previous review. They explained to me that the circumstances are more involved that what the poster is detailing. They completed the work well and for cheaper than another mechanic. Overall I would recommend them.

I initially got the back two tyres fitted on my car fine but then when it came to front two tyres some months later Tyre Zone ended up putting the tyres on the wrong way!!!! In other words directional tyres have an inside and outside marking on tyre wall and they somehow managed to put them on incorrectly.

I took my car somewhere else to have the tyres flipped around and was advised by Tyre Zone they would reimburse me but we haven't seen a cent two weeks later.

No reply to an email I sent them and generally poor service. Won't be going back here.
