I stopped in for a quick lunch at Tucks & Bao in Newmarket and was impressed by how busy the restaurant bar was with a diverse group of patrons.
Having ordered the Filipino pulled pork Bao with Korean slaw and an accompanying Barossa Shiraz, I was highly impressed with the Bao since its flavours were gorgeous adobo style and the slaw was fresh and crisp. Service by staff was very friendly and attentive despite how busy the restaurant was.
They have a specials lunch time menu so I’d like to return to try other flavoured Bao. Highly recommended!
