      Situated on Tamaki Drive where the previous occupant Hammerheads restaurant used to be, is this health retreat like spa/cafe combo. The food is ok: if you really want the real deal, just eat a raw apple or salad by itself instead. Better off going to Masu in Skycity. As for the yoga, head to your local gym intead. The sessions seem to be the same as my gym. The sessions however are spacious and not overcrowded.Plenty of carparking spaces here, with a wonderful view.

      Very cool spot and a wide variety of food to choose from. Separate lunch and dinner menus. Tried the beef mince on toast, was delicious.
