I bought a toilet from these guys. After installation, it leaked. Took the plumber a while to find out that it had a manufacturing fault - a crack high up in the trap where a poor attempt to repair had been made.
I returned it and bought another more expensive one. My plumber complained that he had scrape all the silicone off this one as it had been used.
So I had to pay the plumber 3 times for the same job (install/uninstall/install).
And to top it off, a week later I saw the same toilet elsewhere for $150 cheaper!
So I have concluded that these guys are selling factory seconds at (more than) full retail price.
So learn from my experience - they are best avoided.
