these guys are great, ive had them twice to cut my hedge and theve been very consistent and reliable for both jobs, they were also very easy to contact and scheduled a date for the upcoming job.

DON't USE THIS COMPANY!!! Did an ok job at the tree trimming but the main issue is their terrible customer service, very unprofessional and unreliable . They left a large wooden board in our shared driveway and when I rang them they said no problem, we'll pick it up today. Over the last 5 weeks, I've tried to contact them many times via email and messages which they never reply to. I have rang them once a week and they always say "We'll come pick it up today" but never do. The last time I rang them saying it wasn't good enough and when was it going to be picked up, they hung up on me and sent me a text message saying "It wasn't a life or death situation". Obviously its not, its their complete lack of customer service, not fixing the error they made, lack of communication and continued lies that they would sort it out is what makes this a shocking company to deal with. Currently its still there, 5 weeks later - not impressed!!!

These guys are indeed 'tree frogs'! I gave them a tough job which was to cut two big trees which had already started to push my carport roof to the other side, and these guys just jumped up and down to get the job down in 2 hours without causing any damage to anything! And the price was a steal! I was totally happy with their service!

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not respond to emails. Do not answer phone calls, only respond to txt. Do not turn up on agree dates ( x3! ) A complete waste of time, thankfully TreatMe refunded me the voucher price in full! Be warned!
