Called Treefrogs to arrange a trim of our back hedge. They agreed to do the job. A week later nothing had happened. Called them and was told it would be done that week. A week past and no one had turned up. Called again and was told it would be done in the next few days. Waited another week still nothing. Called again and was told it would be done the next day. Next day came and went and hedge still untrimmed. Called yet again and was told it would be done that day. Still nothing. Four weeks have past and my hedge is still unkept. I must have called and texted 11 times all up for nothing. If you want to be given the run around and lied to then use Treefrogs. My advice, save yourself the hassle, pay a bit more and get a professional company to do the job.

these guys are great, ive had them twice to cut my hedge and theve been very consistent and reliable for both jobs, they were also very easy to contact and scheduled a date for the upcoming job.

Used these blokes twice now, not the quickest to coming round but well worth the money and do a top quality job will continue to use them. Loving the revamp on the Facebook page! Great to see some behind the scenes with how the boys work with the photos and vids. think this sort of advertising will do your business proud Boss! A++++

DON't USE THIS COMPANY!!! Did an ok job at the tree trimming but the main issue is their terrible customer service, very unprofessional and unreliable . They left a large wooden board in our shared driveway and when I rang them they said no problem, we'll pick it up today. Over the last 5 weeks, I've tried to contact them many times via email and messages which they never reply to. I have rang them once a week and they always say "We'll come pick it up today" but never do. The last time I rang them saying it wasn't good enough and when was it going to be picked up, they hung up on me and sent me a text message saying "It wasn't a life or death situation". Obviously its not, its their complete lack of customer service, not fixing the error they made, lack of communication and continued lies that they would sort it out is what makes this a shocking company to deal with. Currently its still there, 5 weeks later - not impressed!!!

Absolutely amazing work,treefrogs arborcare came to cut down a pheonix palm and they met all the expectations. it was clean,effecient and very professional
