Total Look Blinds

I had used this company on several times but his will be the last time I use them. They supplied vertical blinds they where ok. The finish is definitely old fashion. When I shake hand on a deal i expect that to be all cost to be disclosed. when they call me to advised me my blinds where ready stating it was going to cost me a delivery across town $40 for one small box and tubes containing 4 tracks this charge was drop after I point out my consumer rights. I found dealing with this company extremely difficult their saving grace is there very good and knowledgeable rep Carolyn Beaton. To be honest I should have gone to Bunnings cheaper and better finished.

Excellent customer service. On time with consultations and reps are very informative. Makes the process very easy.
