If I could give rate them a -5 that would be my rating paid $1000 for a fan and $100 freight the fan turned up 3 weeks later very damaged I informed them and had to send several emails back and forward they then sent another fan a further 3 weeks later that fan turned up it was also damaged I again phoned and exchanged several emails about the situation and stated I would take the fan with discount they then send no the need the fan back for proof that its damaged so they got the fan picked up 4 weeks later I have no fan. Make a call and I get ohhh we haven't sent it. I then decided I would get my own freight company to pik up the fan but they would not refund my original freight charges. So I get the 3rd fan in with my own extra freight cost only to find it is also very damaged and hacking with previous photos it is the same game that I had been sent previously. I am so disappointed with my dealings with this company and would never recommend ANYONE to ever deal with these panseys I'm am at a loss here as the fan is that damaged the blades don't turn as they foul the damaged/mangled frame
