Would come here for their waffles as they were so delicious! Also enjoy their hot drinks and pancakes aswell - used to go to the store in sylvia alot before they closed down

Great coffee at its best. Awesome presentation of coffee cups with smoothly deliciously tasting Mochacino coffee.

Awesome hot chocolates here made with real chocolate from Sweden and has a candle light at the bottom of the mug to keep it warm, recommend it, very cool experience.

Pathetic service by the Botany staff. Very rude when serving! Exceptionally slow!

The lady serving me was very rude when I was making my order. Furthermore, she worked so slowly that it took her 20 minutes to clear a queue of 3 people and a total of 4 drinks. I am not exaggerating... she literally took 20 minutes. My entire lunch break was gone by the time I received my drink.
