It is rare that a service exceeds your expectations, but Steam n Dry Upholstery Cleaning Auckland did. My white linen sectional had started to show the effects of 5+ years of 2 adults and a child (think infant spit-up, spilled wine, grimy little hands). My technician, Anthony, texted me promptly 30 minutes before my service window and let me know when to expect him. When he arrived he wore shoe covers (thank you - not everyone does that!) and explained how long the service would take. When he finished, I was SHOCKED - my sofa looks brand new! There is literally not one stain or remnant left over. I will absolutely use this company again and recommend to all of my friends!

Highly recommend! We had a couch that was in storage for 2 years, still in great condition and pretty new. The dust from the storage had falling into the couches, even though they were covered. Leaning against it just made me itchy and my dog didn't want to go near it. We had both of our couches cleaned, since being had some dog hair as well. So we reached out to this company and the response, scheduling, and quote was great. I appreciated that when the cleaners arrived they completed an assessment of my couches and provided their recommendation. I appreciated that we could discuss what could be added and what didn't need to be cleaned. No pressure added. And the assessment was on paper so I could see what would be done during the cleaning, and I could keep a receipt for my records as well. The cleaning was completed in the time promised and they were very respectful of our other belongings in our home. A sanitizing treatment was added and it made our place smell great for a couple of weeks afterwards. Our couches were cleaned and made as new, everything dried well, and the dog hair was cleaned out as well. I would definitely recommend this company and use their services again.

They came and cleaned our carpet today and it looks great. Extremely courteous and friendly. My wife got home while he was setting up and he immediately went over and introduced himself. They explained exactly what was going to do and then did it in much less time than I expected. The carpet which is a fairly white burber has never looked so good in the time we have owned this house (we have two dirt magnets I mean little kids). I had a previous carpet cleaning place come and thought they had done a good job. Boy was I wrong. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The team did a wonderful job for a reasonable price and I will certainly call this company again for my future carpet and upholstery care needs.

Had my sofa and love seat cleaned this morning and all I can say is "WOW." Gavin and his crew did an amazing job. My sofas look and smell brand new. I really like these guys. Fair price and friendly service . I really appreciated they texted me to let me know the appointment was set and emailed me a receipt .

Philip is amazing!

We had a big fat stain on our wonderful couch we did not know how to get rid of. We tried several techniques, nothing worked. Until I called them. Philip came, was very honest and professional. He got back to his van and came back with his magic equipment. In no time he cleaned both our couches and the stain disappeared.
