My dog pooped on the best chair in my house. After THOROUGHLY cleaning the defiled cushion myself, I decided to look up an upholstery cleaner to come in and finish the job with a sanitizing, anti-microbial deep clean.
I used Steam n Dry Upholstery Cleaning Auckland Co. and they came through with a same day appointment, low price, and very professional techs who took care of the whole thing in about thirty minutes! They were courteous, detail oriented, and friendly.
The cushion looks great and smells clean. They got in between all the nooks & crannies of the seams and buttons and vacuum sucked all the bad mojo. Plus they did it all out of the van parked just outside. I'm really grateful to have found a go-to place for this type of cleaning, because living with pets always requires some kind of deep cleaning every now and then. Thanks so much for excellent and fast service!

They came and cleaned our carpet today and it looks great. Extremely courteous and friendly. My wife got home while he was setting up and he immediately went over and introduced himself. They explained exactly what was going to do and then did it in much less time than I expected. The carpet which is a fairly white burber has never looked so good in the time we have owned this house (we have two dirt magnets I mean little kids). I had a previous carpet cleaning place come and thought they had done a good job. Boy was I wrong. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The team did a wonderful job for a reasonable price and I will certainly call this company again for my future carpet and upholstery care needs.

It is rare that a service exceeds your expectations, but Steam n Dry Upholstery Cleaning Auckland did. My white linen sectional had started to show the effects of 5+ years of 2 adults and a child (think infant spit-up, spilled wine, grimy little hands). My technician, Anthony, texted me promptly 30 minutes before my service window and let me know when to expect him. When he arrived he wore shoe covers (thank you - not everyone does that!) and explained how long the service would take. When he finished, I was SHOCKED - my sofa looks brand new! There is literally not one stain or remnant left over. I will absolutely use this company again and recommend to all of my friends!

We just had our couches cleaned. This is a hard-working, prompt, polite group of people to work with. We are extremely pleased.

Great service and outstanding results. With 3 kids my couches and area rug needed to be saved from everything from marker stains to grease spots. I was thinking about buying new couches and thought based on all the other reviews I would give company a try as honestly a last resort.
I will preface price is a little steep but Steam n Dry Upholstery Cleaning Auckland customer service is outstanding, the workers are punctual,and company was able to come out next day. Service is truly amazing and couches look like new.
