This review is long overdue but if you are looking for someone to clean your carpet or upholstery, look no further! Graeme is your guy! He is reliable, affordable, efficient, and all around nice guy!
Last year, one of the cats decided to throw up on my nice area rug the week before the future in-laws were coming for Christmas. After doing a thorough search, I came across a great recommendation from one of my neighbors. I message this company and was super responsive. Luckily, they had an opening the same week and was able to come before the in-laws arrive (WOOHOO!). Did an excellent job!
I am [finally] writing this review because I just scheduled another appointment with them. In addition to my rugs, I also have carpet in my home office as well as a linen sofa (my one big adult furniture purchase). And thanks to Graeme and his team, I can have beige/white area rugs and couches (with cats that love to lounge on the rugs and a partner who loves to eat while sitting on the comfy couch). My family and friends think I am super clean. My secret is Graeme! Thanks a lot!

Steam n Dry Upholstery Cleaning Auckland was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I spoke with Rose who was friendly and very helpful; she explained the process and pricing and scheduled an appointment within a week of my inquiry. Gavin and Eric arrived on time and were exceptionally friendly and respectful of our home. They walked me through the process and were very willing to answer questions. My 20 month old son was home sick from daycare and they were so sweet to him, showing him their tools and working around his naptime. They did upholstery and carpet cleaning in under four hours and I could not be happier with the results. Eric showed me pictures of our couch before and after the cleaning and also gave me tips for maintenance going forward. Our carpet has never looked better; the smell was very subtle and natural (not chemical) and they felt almost completely dry within 6 hours. (They also left booties for us since you can't access the upstairs without walking on the carpet). We will definitely use this company in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Excellent end-product, friendly and professional customer service.

This was the best couch and carpet cleaning service I've ever had. I don't need to say more. Everything was perfect.
