      This company was immediately responsive and helpful on the phone and they were able to set up an appointment for the next day. The technician, Eric, was courteous, thorough and communicative. I couldn't have asked for a better experience all around and now my carpets (one room of wall-to-wall and two area rugs) are good as new after going way too long without a proper carpet cleaning. Eric even got a stain out of our couch- what a swell guy!

      Cat peed on the couch. No problem, these guys can take care of it. I thought the couch was garbage for sure, but this guys got rid of the odor and made it look brand new!
