They are wonderful! Gavin rescued my sofa from a red marker stain that I attempted to clean myself--and made worse. He was straight forward and up front about the likelihood of removing it before he came to the house. He was very cautious to take care with the fabric and to be conservative with his methods. It appeared that the stain was removed, and when it dried it reappeared. He returned without charging me and was able to remove the stain. He is very knowledgable, takes a lot of pride in his work and does a fantastic job. I would recommend him to anyone for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

I HIGHLY recommend Upholstery Cleaning Auckland! Eric and the team are the best! My wife spilled coffee all over our couch and they did a great job of not only getting out that stain, but giving the couch a much needed overall cleaning.

Had a great experience with Auckland Steam n Dry. From my first call to Rose to schedule my appt, I got the sense they were a quality company. After we confirmed the scheduling details over the phone, Rose texted me confirmation with a picture of her husband, Graeme, who would be doing the work.
He was very personable and professional. He previous cleaning job finished up ahead of schedule, and he called me to see if he could start my job earlier. Once he arrived, he inquired about the origins of my carpet stains and then set out to attack them, quickly although thoroughly. By the time he left my house, my carpets and chairs were stain free.

Awesome service before, during, and after the job! I recently had home construction and was in need of carpet cleaning and upholstery services. I did a lot of shopping around and trusted these Yellow reviews - and was glad I did.
As most construction projects go I experienced delays that caused me needing to reschedule my appointment a few times. Steam n Dry was happy to accommodate all rescheduling requests and didn't attempt to hit me with hidden fees.
Technicians Dale and team executed the job exactly as promised. The called 30 min before to alert me they were on their way. Told me exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. Walked me through their finished work and let me know the best care / maintenance procedures. My carpets look BRAND NEW!
They even threw in a through cleaning of my rocking chair because I am expecting a baby any day now. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you!
