Had a terrible experience with our cake we purchased for our daughters 5th birthday party. On a 5 minute drive from collection to fridge the cake was melting as the icing was not set. It looked terrible. I called the store and they told me to bring it back and they would fix it.. If fixing it is a slap up job and not actually solving the problem.. Then fix it they did. They were not sorry in the slightest and had no worries that they had devastated a 5 year old on her birthday.

I paid good money for a cake that looked awful and was ruined.

I will never shop at this store again.

Got custom cake made up for birthday, exactly the same what we wanted. Tasted delicious, and excellent customer service. Reasonable prices.

Often get cakes here for special occasions. Good special too
