My husband found Ancient Mariner on Google. The reviews made us want to try it. We walked it from the wharf and we were not disappointed! Trevor and Tina do an amazing job and the food is excellent! Lots of chips and the pieces of fish are huge! They are so friendly and personable. We will def be back and spread the word. Thank you from Arizona, Trevor and Tina! You guys rock!

Ordered two variant of fish. The batter tasted different and fragrant. Fish was nice and soft. Generous portion of fries.

LOVE their sausage and chips here, it's the closest I have found to a proper UK chippery by the seaside. They deliver through ubereats too! Awesome cheap takeaway option.

I had burgers as friend told me the burger was tasty. Chips were not oily at all and crisp, crunchy! I had fish burger, the deep fried fish was also good quality, buns are soft and tasty. The sauce! Simple but YUMMY!! Fish and sauce combination was awesome, I couldn’t stop eat it! Will be back soon
