      Customer service kept trying to sell me things. Twice they told me I needed repairs that I didn't need that amounts to more than $4k each repair. I repair and service my car at Hamilton Mini now. Not recommended.

      Bought a new MINI about a year ago. The showroom is clean and tidy, the staff are very professional and knew everything we needed to know about the car. The service won us over over other brands considered at the time.
