One of my humble favorites, Suzie's Dumplings are affordable and tasty - whether you are sharing with friends or taking it home to devour. :)

If you are craving for dumplings, this is one of the places to go in East Auckland! For 13-15nzd you get around 20 dumplings and you can choose if you want it steamed or pan fried for an minimal amount. There are a lot of choices of dumplings like pork and chive, pork and cabbage or chicken and prawn etc.. Their dumplings are just so yummy!

For avid dumpling fans, I was introduced to wonderful world of Susie’s Dumpling located in Highland Park shopping centre. It’s a highly recommended place by a friend, so I was super excited to sit in and enjoy steam fried dumplings.

Service was very pleasant and friendly and the restaurant was modest and clean looking. This place was popular for regulars stopping in for takeaways.

We ordered a symphony of different flavoured dumplings including pork and fennel, chicken and prawn , pork and cabbage as well as pork, egg, vegetable dumplings. The plates were promptly served with soy, chilli oil and black vinegar and every flavour was divine. My favourite was pork and fennel.

Prices were very reasonable, so it’s a perfect spot when you get a hankering for 20 dumplings and get sell frozen dumplings too. Highly recommended!

Best dumpling place in East Auckland! That's all they do, so they are great at making them. Large range of flavors. Makes for a reasonably priced, nutritious dinner
