When I needed some gutters repairing, this was the only company who actually came to the property to give a quote. All staff who I had face to face contact with were good - professional and friendly. The only thing which let them down was the inconsistent back office support...sometimes great, sometimes frustratingly inactive - communicating only when they wanted to rather than what I needed as a customer. But overall, I would use them again.
