Really helpful staff. Communication is great, email confirmation/notifications arrive on time and regularly so you cant miss the important stuff. Flexible payment options too!

Bit disappointed in this store.very poor customer service.requested quotes.after numerous calls still didn't receive the emails .I gave up following up and booked else where .

Came here to obtain my Japan rail pass. Staff were helpful and friendly without making the process any longer than necessary. Great communication and the pass arrived without any errors. Highly recommend!

This store is down the Warehouse end of the mall and is a bit hard to find if you don't head all the way down the mall. The staff are really nice and have a lot of travel experience.

Friendly staff and so helpful. Have booked a couple of trips here now and have had no issues. Can layby flights too which is a bonus!
