STA travel is different from other travel agents as they offer Lay By on flights and tours. We had a very quick and easy experience in laybuying sine really cheap flights. Only pay $99 deposit Pp and pay it off few weeks before flying. I find it convenient as you can always lock in a great price without having to pay the full fare and if you need cancel you only lose your deposit.

Service is super warm and friendly from all staff. The lady that I had an appointment with was really lovely. She was mega patient with me as I kept changing my mind on dates of flights. She even told me about the flexi-pay flights and that I can layby them!!! Sta travel is great, and they have some really good deals.

The staff here are super helpful and always go the extra mile to get you on your desired holiday for the best price. It’s awesome that they offer laybuy and always have great deals running.

We visited this store on a fairly busy evening and waited to be served. Helpfully the one staff member who appeared at a glance to be doing nothing, let us know she was just finishing of a phone booking and then was clocking off. Still with only two remaining staff to deal with customers, our 10+ minute wait ended up being too much, so we left. So overall it's nice to know where you stand, that was helpful, however it's nicer still to have prompt service.
