The staff here are lovely, but every time I go in to enquire about something there are heaps of people inside so I either give up or have to wait around for ages.

Bought some tickets before COVID19 was declared a pandemic they told me to pay the deposit $100 rather than the whole amount. Thank god for that as I would have lost heaps of money if I had paid the whole amount!

I love STA Queen Street! I made a decision to fly to Stockholm from Auckland and Adam (H) helped me so much! Even though the other staff there were a little bit awkward, he booked my flights for me, found my cheapest option even though I kept chopping and changing and I've never had an easier experience booking a $2000 flight than this time. And there was also no fuss, surprise charges or annoying attempts at upselling. Be sure to make an appointment, otherwise it gets reeeally busy as the other reviewer stated. Thanks!

My brother got a real good deal from them as he was a student. The staff was helpful in providing quotes and selecting the best route for him to travel as there will be quite a few stations of transit. They also assist in obtaining visas and making arrangements.
