Bought a new mirror cabinet. Removed the protective wrap to install it, and a piece of mirror was broken underneath. The customer service lady on the phone was extremely rude and aggressive, insisted that I broke it, and said the 2 year warranty didn't cover it. She would not let me speak to a senior staff member. I had to threaten legal action to get a replacement.
