The staff are highly competent and provide excellent advise and support.
The online experience is painless and safe (in my opinion).
The deals they have are good value for money on quality products - not just on end of shelf life products
Delivery is quick and painless.
The online chat function is not really great, but picking up the phone leads you to excellent service so, no real loss!
