Food is good but service is superb. Pricing wise can be up but you get what you have paid for. Good location as it's busier so good for you to hit up the area and enjoy people from all walks of life.

This was our first visit to SPQR. It is a very nice restaurant with delicious Italian food. Especially the seafood pasta was really nice. Service was also very good and a nice atmosphere! We will come back

We had dinner there. Amazing food and great ambient with very friendly staff. We had first class service from our waiter Marco who as very professional and welcoming.

Like other reviewers here, I have popped into SPQR over the past 10 or so years for work events, special lunches (celebrated my birthday this year with some top shelf bubbles in the sun). Always great food, wonderful service and fantastic atomosphere.

I think the reputation this place has for being pretentious is unfair. I had a decent sized entree for a good price and thought the ambience was good. There was a comedic amount of waiters coming to the table to check how the food was!
